Manifest Money: Extreme Leveraging, or, What Do You Know About Joint Ventures?
Imagine yourself on the journey toward the fulfillment of your Core Desires. You’ve determined exactly where you want to go, and you’ve mapped out your itinerary. Now you’re puttering along in your little jalopy (“Core Desires or Bust!”), bumping over rough roads and circumventing obstacles. “Slow and steady wins the race,” you mutter, steering around some debris in the road.
When you see me standing on the side of the road, you pull over and shut off the engine. The jalopy shudders and gasps, then stills. You look at me and frown. “What?”
I step over and lean into the jalopy, pointing to the red, plastic button on the dash. The words “Turbo Power” are printed above it in bright red letters. Several lightening decals surround it, by way of visual aids. “Start the engine,” I say. “Then push the button. And hold on.”
You give me a measuring look, then nod and turn the key. I step back just as your finger touches the button. Flames burst out of the rear of the jalopy, lifting it a full three feet off the ground before the momentum catches up with the power, and the car leaps forward in a streak of color and smoke, Saturday-morning-cartoon style.
“It would be nice,” you say now.
Yes, it would. So listen carefully, as I tell you how you can turbo-power your progress.
Joint venturing, or forming a strategic partnership, harnesses the power of leveraging your time, influence and money. What can joint ventures do for you?
- Shorten the learning curve. By associating yourself with complementary business, you can avoid learning things “the hard way.”
- Enhance company credibility. A start-up company can immediately take on legitimacy for potential customers when it’s associated with a trusted name.
- Manifest money by creating new profit channels. By creating a strategic partnership with others, you’ll discover other services or products you can offer.
With those advantages, why would any not participate in joint ventures? Now that you’ve defined your Core Desires, it’s in your best interest to bring them into being as quickly and efficiently as possible, right? So start thinking about how you can take advantage of this key for success.
