• Increase and Improve: Don’t stay stuck – look for opportunities or new products that can help expand your business. One way of doing this is to ask your customers how you can help them; if there is anything they would like that you can do to improve your product or services (and it’s never been easier to connect with your customers with all of the social media available today!) Improving or updating your current products and services will promote your business growth.
• Expand Territories: Opening new branches for your stores or buying other existing businesses can put you on the fast track to massive business growth. Take note that not every business is suitable to franchise, but it can also be an excellent source of growth for those that are.
• Expand Your Market: If your business caters to a specific group, you can try to reach out to new types of customers for a more diverse customer base. If your business usually caters to young people, think about finding a way to produce a product or business that can cater to adults as well. With a little  imagination, you can always increase your market (just take care to keep from getting stretched too thin!)

Of course, the surest way to succeed in business growth is to know your business, your products and your customers. If you are secure in these three aspects, you can be more confident in any actions you take to pursue business growth.

Before anything else, you always want to make sure you have your current circumstances under control, since it will only make things more complicated to open up new stores and branches when you are struggling over your current budget, have problems with staff management, etc.
